The UGC in its guidelines on examinations and academic calendar prepared in view of the Covid-19 situation stated that new academic session will begin in universities from September 1 and from August 1 for those already enrolled. Universities can hold pending examinations in July. Admission process will be completed between August 1 and 31, suggested the guideline.
