Niharika’s diet advice to people

Ollywood actress Niharika Dash follows a strict diet plan and tries to stick to it, whatever be the situation. Giving details of her daily diet from breakfast till dinner, she said, “After waking up, I take two glasses of water along with a tablespoon of fenugreek powder or a glass of water mixed with turmeric powder. I grind the raw turmeric and mix it with water. With breakfast, I take oats, soybean salad or sprouts and repeat on alternative days. Around 11.30 am, I take kadhaa or dry fruits like almonds or walnuts,” said the actress, who also has a degree in food and nutrition from the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
Niharika told us that she prefers roti, curry and salad over rice during lunch and her evening snacks includes an apple with peanut butter, which she takes before her workout. “After the workout, I have sprouts or a chicken roll or anything that’s at home. I have started taking mosambi (sweet lemon) juice post workout every day. I keep my dinner very light and always finish it before 8 pm. It includes some veggies or salad,” said the actress, while requesting her fans and followers to work out for at least 30 minutes every day.
