Actor Sabyasachi Mishra, who has been helping migrants reach their home during lockdown and is being appreciated by one and all for this, recently helped an old couple reunite during the lockdown. The actor is extremely happy on seeing the old couple meet once again.

He informed that 76-year-old Gayatree Sahu had gone to a relative’s house in Gujarat before the COVID-19 outbreak. While she was staying there, the lockdown was announced and the old lady couldn’t return to her home in Balasore district.
“The son informed me that his mother was stuck away from home. Her husband, 82-year-old Jagabandhu Sahu, and son Mohan Charan Sahu tried a lot to bring the oldwoman back from Gujarat. The son said that his father has been missing her and stopped eating. This incident struck me heard. I was taken back seeing the love and bonding between the old couple. I arranged a special bus to bring the old woman home,” said the actor.

Sabya said that he has helped several people during this period, but this story was different. The octogenarian husband was missing his wife so dearly that he feared he might not see her again in this life. After reaching home, Gayatree Sahu said that she could never forget Sabya’s help in her life and the actor is like another son of her’s.
Sabya has helped many migrants, stuck at different places in the country, reach their home during this period. He has also helped Odias stranded in other countries reach home.
