Draw foolproof crowd-control plan for Rath Yatra: DGP to officers

Odisha DGP Y B Khurania has ordered a foolproof crowd-control plan for the upcoming Rath Yatra in Puri, prioritizing devotee safety after last year’s fatal stampede.
