East Coast Railway cancels 3 trains for shutdown in West Bengal

BHUBANESWAR: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has cancelled three trains and partially cancelled two trains due to complete shutdown in West Bengal on Thursday.
Sealdah-Bhubaneswar Duronto Special (02201) originating from Sealdah will remain cancelled on August 28 and August 31. Bhubaneswar-Sealdah Duronto Special (02202) will remain cancelled on August 29 and September 1. Similarly, Bhubaneswar-Howrah-Bhubaneswar Jan Shatabdi Special (02074/02073) has been cancelled on Thursday from both Bhubaneswar and Howrah directions.
Secunderabad-Howrah Falaknuma Special Express (02704) will be terminated at Bhubaneswar instead of going Howrah. Another train Howrah-Secunderabad Falaknuma Special (02703) will start from Bhubaneswar instead of Howrah on Thursday.
Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Special Purusottam Express and it’s return train from Delhi will not have stoppage at Purulia and Hijli from both the directions. Similarly, Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Special Rajdhani Express originating from Bhubaneswar on Thursday and its pairing train left New Delhi on Wednesday will not have stoppages at Hijli station from both the directions on Thursday.
