Odisha: HSC evaluation postponed

BHUBANESWAR: The state government on Tuesday postponed evaluation the answer scripts of High School Certificate exam for an indefinite period due to Cyclone Amphan that is likely to cause widespread damage in coastal districts. The evaluation process of matric exam papers has been postponed thrice this year on account of different reasons. The evaluation was supposed to begin in 60 centres from Thursday.
“Evaluation of matric answer scripts, which was supposed to resume from May 21, has been postponed in view of Cyclone Amphan. Revised dates will be announced later,” school and mass education minister Samir Das said.
